It's WHAT IF WEDNESDAY!! (Want to procrastinate like me? Come pop over and play)

Since very few of you want to try your hand at the cowboy lingo, (even though I see ya lurking in the shadows) I thought why not play another game just for kicks. Unfortunately, there will be no prizes. Bummer, but that's just the way it is. Sorry.

This is purely for entertainment purposes and primarily because I'm doing everything in my power to procrastinate the act of editing my novel. Editing sucks and playing games is much more fun.

So here is your first "What if?" challenge question (taken directly from the What if? app on my iPhone, so it's all legit):

"If you had to lick one floor of one room in your house, which would it be?"

Wow! Yikes, I don't know that I'd like to lick any of the floors in my house. The person who cleans my house (me) doesn't do a great job. She should totally be fired.

I will answer first. Not my kids' bathroom. No way. Not even for a million bucks. Not my teenager's room--that's nasty. My kitchen floor could be tasty, but I think my best bet would be the sitting room/front room of my house. I'm looking at it right now and it looks pretty safe to lick.

Okay, your turn. Which floor of your room would you lick?

I would lick my own bedroom. Why? Because I know better what touches it than anyone. It would be cleaner than most rooms. I need to defend my tongue. Haha! This was fun. Way to go!

I'd have to say the same. Either mine or my parents bedroom. They see the least traffic. Lol.

I think I would go with my kitchen floor. It's undoubtedly more sanitary than the bathroom and less fuzz than the carpeting in most of the house. Besides, the odds of whatever was on it falling into at least one of the five major food groups are the best in the kitchen!

Oh jeez, this is a tough one. I also clean my house. Ahem. Umm, ok...let's see, I'd lick my bedroom floor...it was the last floor cleaned an sees the least amount of traffic.

Still, eww.

But I do eat the stuff my daughter throws on the floor. 5 second rule?

Our formal living room is never used so that would be my vote, even if it is carpeted.

For me it would be the bathroom. It is white tile so I could pick the cleanest one. Plus my wife is OCD about it and cleans it everyday. The worst I would get would be a little powder from the kids.

Angela, you crack me up!

Don't get me started on the floors of my house. We own 2 dogs. One of them is a pug who was rescued from a puppy mill. He spent the first 6 years of his life in a cage. Very sad story, but with a happy ending. He is now loving life and very secure in his new home. Problem is, he pees anywhere he feels like it. He's a work in progress, and he's getting better, but in any room of my house I could point out places where he peed on the carpet.

Once the poor thing has passed on, I'm getting new carpet. Until then, I have a Spot Bot Pet Cleaner, which does a pretty good job, except on vomit.

Sorry, too much information.

Anyway, my answer is, I would lick my kitchen floor. I don't think he's peed there. He prefers carpet. And I do wash my kitchen floors pretty often, since they're white ceramic tile and really show the dirt (I have no idea why I thought white was a good plan) but I could pick my spot. There might even be a drop of something tasty.

P.S.

You must really hate editing. I'm a pretty good proscrastinator myself. I like to clean toilets when I don't want to write.

LOL! So funny ;)
My kitchen floor. Why? because Ruby put DAWN in the dishwasher last night and I spent hours cleaning up bubbles. This floor is clean and fresh :)

Hmmm...this is tricky. I think it is a toss up between my lollypop room floor or my chocolate room. If I went in any other rooms I'd probably get tetnus so...
